Duties of the Vice President. He/she shall:
(1) In the absence of the President, he/she shall perform the duties of the President.
(2) Act as committee coordinator and shall chair all committees when a chairperson is not otherwise appointed.
(3) Act as Public Affairs Officer (PAO).
(4) Perform other duties as assigned by the President.
(5) Function as alternate signature in the absence of the two Co-Treasurers.
